In today’s stressful society, having a place for our members and their families to turn to for assistance is necessary. We have partnered with Perspectives and Youturn to provide a members assistance program that is available to every member and their family.

The Insulators Member Assistance Program is free to each member and their family.  All HFIAW members and their families can benefit from this new program, which is available as a resource and 24/7 support. The Insulators Member Assistance Program can be reached by calling or texting:

The Insulators Member Assistance Program website has information and access to multiple areas of assistance, from skills training, care training, emotional well-being and legal forms to mental health and substance abuse issues.  

There are online and live, in-person options with referrals, if desired. This is an excellent tool for everyone, and we hope our entire Union benefits from this program.
